A hard days skiing yesterday in deep snow of all types - the highlight was about 12-18 inches of perfect powder in amongst the trees found at the end of the day, elsewhere was a mixed bag, not always easy to ski.Today has been balmy and I've had a busy day finishing the boardwalk, collecting hay from the barn and stocking up with wood before the blizzards arrive which are forecast for much of the coming week.
Hier sur les skis, sur neige profond - le mieux etais 30-40mm de poudre parfait dans les arbres que nous avons trouvé à la fin de la journée, ailleurs c'etais un mélange, pas toujours facile à skier.
Auhourd'hui etais doux et je occupais avec la terrasse des planches, ramasser le foin de la grange et bois de chauffage avant le tempête de neige attendant demain et quelques jours suivant.
