The ham from last summer and the first of the saucisson sec came out of the barn today for tasting. All good, though the saucisson could do with a bit longer (it's spent a few of its weeks frozen rather than maturing).Le jambon de l'été dernier et les premieres saucisson sec sont arrivées pour la dégustation. Toutes sont bonnes, mais les saucisson ont besoin un peu plus de maturation.
A balmy day today with the continuing southerly breeze. I put the sheep down in Paul's field and mended a few fences, before pressing on with Annie's shutters. Hopefully I have time for another ski-tour before my trip to the UK.
Une journée douce avec le vent de Sud. J'ai mis les moutons dans le pré de Paul et j'ai réperé des clôtures avant j'ai avancé avec la fabrication des volets d'Annie. J'espere de faire un autre sortie de ski de rando avant je partirai d'Angleterre.
